Henderson County Jail Expansion – Athens, Texas
A new 50,008 square feet, 302-bed addition to, and the renovation of the existing jail support services.

Approximately 105,654 square feet of detention and office space for the Hunt County Sheriff’s office and Justice of the Peace court facilities.
Laughlin AFB Aircraft Maintenance Operations Complex (AMOC) – Laughlin AFB, Texas
Design and construction of a new maintenance operations complex for training squadrons at Laughlin AFB, Texas. The project also includes new connecting sidewalks, a new screened mechanical equipment area, appropriate building and landscaping with stand-off distances and other anti-terrorism/force protection measures.
Lee County Law Enforcement Center Expansion – Giddings, Texas
A new 54-bed jail with shell space for future expansion and offices for the Sheriff’s office.
Lewisville Law Enforcement Center – City of Lewisville, Texas
A new 13,673 square feet short-term adult detention facility.
Milam County Law Enforcement Center – Cameron, Texas
Design of a new approximately 57,000 sq. ft. Law Enforcement Center including Administrative Offices for the Sheriff, Court Facilities and Department of Public Safety offices, Detention Housing, Inmate Processing, Kitchen, Laundry, Sallyport, Exercise, Visitation; Control, Administrative, Medical, Staff and other ancillary spaces required for the operation of a Texas County Jail.
Panola County Detention Center – Carthage, Texas
The Detention Center is a 34,420 square feet, 161-bed jail with ancillary support spaces.
Pecos County Courthouse Annex – Fort Stockton, Texas
Planning, design and construction of a new county courthouse annex, approximately 21,000 square feet in size. The annex includes space for the County Clerk, Tax Assessor – Collector, and Justice of the Peace, Precinct One as well as other common and support spaces.
Schertz Public Safety Complex – Schertz, Texas
A three-building emergency services complex, which includes the police department building, E. M. S. building, and central fire station.
Tarrant County, Green Bay Confinement Center Expansion
A 432-bed addition to an existing 1,056-bed medium/maximum security detention facility, with upgrades and additions to major support areas.
